GZ Group has implemented a strong expansion strategy,
based on four key lines of approach, since its creation in 2007:

  • A geographical unit: Moselle-Est
  • Cohesive development, with a majority of exports (over 60% of turnover)
  • A focus: implementation of a new dynamic

Based on these lines of approach, Guy Zins has brought together a team of colleagues consisting of executives from group companies, federating their skills and developing pooled support functions.

This organisation has made it possible to rationalise each company’s operation, based on the flexibility of its SME profile. Originally isolated in an environment weakened by the economic situation, these structures have rediscovered the concepts of growth and profit, supported by the group’s development and expertise.
